Need a plumber or want to rent the party room? With Realstar's online portal, you can make service requests, get approvals, make online payments, book elevators, and more, from anywhere at anytime.

We also take your security seriously. At select communities, we keep your home safe with CCTV and fob-secure buildings.

Express Repairs

When something in your apartment needs to be fixed, you'd like it done fast. We agree. That's why we offer our 24 hour Express Repair Service.

Routine repairs are done within 24 hours guaranteed … or dinner is on us.

Repairs that require parts or external trades may take longer than 24 hours.
Have dinner on us (a $50 gift card will be provided) for repairs that qualify and extend past the 24 hour guarantee as determined by Realstar.

Get out and about with our bus service, community events, and frequent social receptions at select Realstar properties. Adults will love the independence and sense of community.

Other perks include the I'm OK Program and a preferred deposit structure for renters who are over 50, first responders, military and community service providers.

Want a larger suite or looking to relocate? With almost 200 Realstar properties across Canada, we can help. We offer flexible lease terms, simple renewals and easy transfers.

We also guarantee your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your home in the first 30 days, we'll move you to another Realstar property and transfer the deposit. It's that easy.

Relocation is subject to availability in other Realstar buildings. Tenant shall be solely responsible for moving costs as well as increases in rent and security deposit for the new suite.
