The Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) virtually hosted its 2021 MAC Awards gala on Friday, December 3rd, to recognize excellence in Ontario’s vibrant rental housing industry. The awards highlight the important role that the industry members play in providing safe and secure housing across the province. The “MAC” awards showcase a commitment to high standards of service and those recognized for the award are seen as setting the bar high within their community. The MAC Awards provide an opportunity to celebrate well-deserved successes and recognize the hard work and dedication that individuals such as Darlene and Michael, make to the rental housing industry in Ontario.  <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Darlene and Michael Scott have a combined 24 years of experience within the rental housing industry. They started with Realstar as Assistant Resident Managers in 2009 in Peterborough and earned their way to the roles of Resident Managers within 2 years.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This dedicated and dynamic duo have always been passionate about creating a sense of community for their residents. Darlene and Michael consistently go above and beyond as Resident Managers and take pride in everything that they do. From personalized cards to handpicked seasonal gifts, the team continues to ensure residents feel appreciated throughout the year.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Les prix soulignent le r\u00f4le essentiel des membres de l’industrie pour assurer une offre de logements s\u00e9curitaires \u00e0 travers la province, et ils mettent en valeur l’engagement des membres \u00e0 respecter des normes de service \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Les laur\u00e9ats ont fait preuve d’un d\u00e9vouement exceptionnel dans leur communaut\u00e9, et ces distinctions offrent une rare occasion de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer les succ\u00e8s bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9s d’individus comme Darlene et Michael qui cherchent \u00e0 se surpasser dans l’industrie du logement locatif de l’Ontario.<\/p>\n\n

Darlene et Michael cumulent 24 ann\u00e9es d’exp\u00e9rience dans l’industrie du logement locatif. Ils ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler chez Realstar comme assistants-g\u00e9rants d’immeuble \u00e0 Peterborough en 2009, et au bout de deux ans d’effort ils avaient fait leurs preuves pour occuper les postes de g\u00e9rants d’immeuble.<\/p>\n\n

Ce duo \u00e9nergique et attentionn\u00e9 a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 passionn\u00e9 par la cr\u00e9ation d’un esprit de communaut\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des r\u00e9sidents. \u00c0 titre de g\u00e9rants d’immeuble, ils cherchent constamment \u00e0 faire plus, tout en \u00e9prouvant une certaine fiert\u00e9 dans l’accomplissement de leur travail. Qu’il s’agisse de personnaliser des cartes de souhaits ou de choisir avec soin de petits cadeaux de saison, cette \u00e9quipe ne recule devant rien pour faire en sorte que les r\u00e9sidents se sentent appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s \u00e0 longueur d’ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n
