The Miltonian is an amazing apartment rental building. I lived there for two years and have wonderful memories...My apartment had a scenic view of the Clarke Neighborhood Park, and big windows that let ample sunshine in. The building is relatively new and offers an underground parking garage. The corridors on each floor are well lit and spacious, which makes moving in/out easy. Well kept, clean, and practically new building. Nice apartment views with modern interior and fixtures. Kevin (the building manager) does a splendid job of looking after the residents. He accommodates our asks to the fullest (within reason). It has an amazing party room and a fairly nice exercise room...
