I've been living in Yello since July 2020 and I absolutely love it. The building is modern, very clean and secure. Also the entire property management team, especially Norbert are fantastic: exceptionally professional, hardworking, fast, and always go an extra mile to make tenants feel like home. I could not wish for a better property manager than Norbert and think the RealStar is very lucky to have him onboard. I would definitely recommend this building to others and [I'm] planning to stay here

Yello on Yates is an immaculately clean building from top to bottom. The decor throughout is modern and beautiful. The building is extremely safe and has amazing management that deeply cares about the tenants’ security and comfort. The management is so friendly and helpful and are always available for their tenants. I'm so happy [that] I chose this [place] as my home.
