Our employees receive a competitive package of pay and benefits. When you work with Realstar, your compensation includes a combination of salary, health and dental benefits, and paid vacation time, as well as the opportunity to participate in a number of bonus and incentive programs. Continuous Learning and Development

We encourage employees to further their education and professional development throughout their career. We reimburse employees for their tuition when they successfully complete courses related to their current position, or career growth within Realstar. We also pay professional membership fees for our employees.

Social Committee and Charitable Giving

Every month, our social committee organizes social events for the entire office to enjoy. Recent events include: We also raise hundreds of dollars each year for the Red Cross via 50/50 draws. We collect toys and clothes for women and children’s shelters every December.

Milestone Celebrations

We like to celebrate important milestones in people’s lives. Every year we recognize long-service employees at an Employee Appreciation Lunch. We hold ‘surprise’ celebrations when someone gets married or welcomes a new baby.

Our head office is at Bay and Bloor near the Bay Subway Station in prestigious Yorkville with its array of fine restaurants, luxury shopping and parks. Our recently renovated and expanded office space features the latest office technology, including sit/stand desks, and a 360-degree view of the city.
