Townhouses very close to DVP. It is maintained by the agency Realstar and they do a good job of it. The snow and ice are cleared very quickly and the place is kept well. There is a direct express for downtown access right from the front of the property. There are frequent buses to the York Mills subway station too. They have many configurations of town homes available too. The parking is secured and underground...There is a park nearby and good schools too.

Great location and price. New property managers are excellent. The team is top notch in communication, speed and taking care of property. Highly recommend it. Lived here for 4 years but have to relocate for work.
