The Neighbourhood

This classic metropolitan city incorporates a thriving downtown centre, serene parkland areas and abundant community hot spots for an ideal place to call home. The magnificent Victoria Park, just a short walk from City Hall, is the city’s largest and most beautiful park in the downtown area. Among the expansive greenery, the park includes rose gardens, a broad lake and, most notably, a majestic clock tower that was salvaged from the old City Hall. In the park, locals enjoy live music on the patio, which overlooks the lake, at The Boathouse Restaurant and Music House. Also, the small City Café Bakery on the edge of downtown is a great place to stop in for a fresh, thin-crust pizza any night after work.
