  • Resident Managers

    Residing on the property, the experienced couple manages and oversees the maintenance of a residential rental community through effective marketing, efficient administration, expense control, income maximization, and ensuring proper physical maintenance of the complex. Managers train and develop staff and should have a detailed knowledge of current laws, legislation, and rights concerning residents. They should have the knowledge and skills to deal with issues that may arise in the course of everyday property operations and possess a strong customer-service attitude.

  • Assistant Resident Managers

    Halifax, Nova Scotia
    Calgary, Alberta
    Barrie, Ontario
    Ottawa, Ontario

    Residing on the property, the Assistant Resident Managers maintain a residential rental community with daily cleaning duties, carrying out resident maintenance requests, and assisting the Resident Managers with activities in the rental office, including showing suites, and other customer-service tasks. In addition, the couple acts as a backup to the Resident Managers in their absence.

  • Part-time Assistant Resident Manager

    Etobicoke, Ontario

    Residing on the property and similar to the full-time Assistant Resident Manager position, the Part-time Assistant Resident Managers are responsible for daily cleaning duties, carrying out resident maintenance requests and assisting the Resident Managers with activities in the rental office. The hours of work are flexible and allow for one or both employees to maintain other employment. In addition, the position acts as a backup to the Resident Managers in their absence.
