Realstar’s team approach has provided me the opportunity to advance within the organization, from Resident Manager to Training Manager to District Manager. Working at Realstar is much more than just earning a living!

We made the decision to shift careers in 1999 and responded to a local ad for Realstar in Sarnia, Ont. One month later, we were calling Miller Apartments home. In our years with Realstar, we have successfully managed two properties in Sarnia and are now in Cambridge, Ont., managing a beautiful condo-like property. The positive work environment and opportunities for advancement even enticed our daughter, Kerri. She joined Realstar as a District Manager in February 2004, and we could not be more proud.

Realstar’s flexibility has seen us through many changes. We joined the company as Resident Managers in Halifax in 1995. Since then, Realstar has enabled us to move to Ontario, manage one of their largest and most prestigious buildings in downtown Toronto and then downsize to a smaller complex in Halifax, when we wanted to return home. After that, we moved to Ontario to manage a property there. We’ve since downsized (again!) and are now managing a manufactured housing community in New Brunswick. We are happy to be working for the finest management team in the industry.
